Step by step

How to Sell

Create a Listing

Provide clear and accurate details about your item, including its name, price, category, condition, description, images, and your contact QR code.

Publish Your Listing

Once submitted, your item will be visible to other users on the platform.

Receive and Respond to Inquiries

Interested buyers may contact you by scanning your QR code. WeChat is recommended for smooth and efficient communication. Please respond politely and provide any necessary information.

Agree on Transaction Terms

Once you and the buyer agree on the price and other details, proceed to arrange the transaction.

Mark Item as Reserved

After reaching an agreement and before meeting the buyer, please mark your item as "Reserved" through the My Sales page. This indicates to other users that the item is temporarily unavailable and helps avoid confusion.

Arrange a Meetup

Schedule a suitable time and location, typically within the campus, to complete the transaction.

Complete the Transaction

Meet the buyer, allow them to inspect the item if necessary, then proceed with the exchange and payment.

Mark Item as Sold

Once the transaction is completed, update your listing status to "Sold" through the My Sales page.

Adjust price or improve description if item is not selling.
Clear images increase selling speed.

My Sales (Listing Management)

Edit Listing

You may update your listing details at any time, including the price, description, images, and other relevant information.

Mark as Reserved

This function allows you to temporarily mark your item as "Reserved" after reaching an agreement with a buyer. It informs other users that the item is no longer available for new inquiries while awaiting completion of the transaction.

If the transaction does not proceed (for example, after inspection or before handover), you may simply change the status back to available without needing to create a new listing.

Mark as Sold

Once your item has been successfully sold, use this function to update the listing status to "Sold," ensuring the marketplace remains accurate and up to date.

Withdraw Listing

If your item is no longer available or you no longer wish to sell it, you may withdraw (delete) the listing from the platform.

Keep listings updated to improve visibility.
Remove inactive listings for better experience.

UniMart is not liable for payment disputes, scams, non-payment, or chargebacks.

Safety & Enforcement

Meet in public campus locations and exercise caution with unfamiliar users.
Illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or restricted items are prohibited.
UniMart may remove listings or suspend accounts for policy violations.
